We are always asking our customers for feedback. When we asked recently, apart from the kind words (thank you lovely Purple Dot customers 😊), we realised we were fielding requests for the same thing in a few different ways.
Some of you wanted to shout about Purple Dot in your newsletters or on Social - giving those audiences a sneak peak at the new and exciting world of two prices. You wanted try out Purple Dot out on a smaller audience to start - and give your customers something new and exciting to try.
Some of you wanted to only show Purple Dot when your shoppers take certain actions in your store, like abandoning a cart or browsing more than three products.
So we built it - and it's called Purple Dot segmentation. We hope you like it.
